Excellent news Tom!

Your IVA will stay on your credit record for six years from the date of the original acceptance, nothing you can do about that one.

Send off to Experian, Equifax and Call Credit to find out whether or not any of your creditors defaulted you after your initial date. If so then they need to remove them.

Write to the data controllers at each company, enclosing a copy of your completion letter and insist that they remove these.

Hi and congratulations! Must be amazing!! I'm thinking of a F&F so I can move in with my boyfriend (can't afford to otherwise) - was it very stressful? x
