This seems crazy. It is a simple thing to add up the votes. Why are they saying it is rejected now and regardless surely they can adjourn further to resolve any creditor issues?

Hi Michael thanks for reply. They are now saying that it has been rejected after yesterday saying it was accepted as the dividend is to low. The meeting was adjourned from last week as not all creditors had voted. I just dont know what to do. My Ip is trying to find out what divided would be accepted

That's really awful Rich. I feel for you and hope this gets sorted in your favour. How can they make such an error?

Which company are you with Rich, it seems a shambles they are unable to add up!

You must be devastated.
How can these company's get away with messing with peoples emotions like this. Its sheer incompetance

I am confused. If you were told it was accepted but then told it was rejected then someone cannot count! If the IVA has only been adjourned one week your IP should be able to adjourn for another.
The dividend thing seems silly too. Rejecting an IVA as too low implies there is scope for more and if this is the case the best offer was not made originally. However, if it was your best offer then you cannot improve the return and the IVA must fail.
We had an IVA accepted recently for half a penny in the £ which was the best offer and you cannot get much lower than that!

Oh Rich I'm so sorry. I think it's shocking that any company could make such a huge error and I hope it can be sorted in your favour x
