Oh, how annoying is that.... you'd think they would have had enough time, they must have known about it for long enough. They really love to put us through the wringer don't they?

Seems odd because if the other creditors have voted the IP can just proceed. Unless the creditor has rejected the variation there is no reason to adjourn.

oh no!
that seems so unfair when they have already had 28 days notice, but as long as you get the right result, thats whats important.
hang on in there, sure everything will work out.

I still dont fully understand why my full and final settlement meeting has been adjourned for a further week. If my main creditor insolvency exchange has not voted and asked for this adjournment and the others have all voted yes I thought the vote went in my favour?

That's what I thought but perhaps because they've actually contacted asking for the adjournment rather than not voting at all is the reason why.

Just guessing on that one though so hopefully one of the experts will be along to clarify later.

Very unfortunate and very unfair, Rich, but just hang on in there, we are all rooting for you. Your team have said it's looking positive so keep that at the forefront of your thoughts. I don't rightly know how the Insolvency Exchange works, but could it be that those responsible there have to contact the creditors whose interests they are serving by servicing the debts??

Last monthly payment made 3 June 2013 after 6 long years. CC issued 21 August 2013, but, er, lost in the post. Finally got it 17 September.

Same happened to me last week. I had to wait another week and it got accepted yesterday. Meeting was meant to be at 3pm but didn't find out until 530.
