My friend as kindly offered £9000 to end my iva!!

Expected Payments at the start of my iva.

Payments Recieved/Varied Future payments.

Total paid to date = £2013

Do you think this offer would be acceptable?

Sounds a very generous offer and best of luck for the meeting. A nice friend to have.

In my experience they will bite your hand off. Creditors get more than they expected earlier. Best of luck.

I am never sure if they base full and final payment on the amount of the IVA payment, ie 37p in £ or refer back to full debts.
Good luck by the way

Looks like a great offer to me, and as Michael says hopefully they will bite your hand off (not literally, of course)

Rosepetal, this is a very old post and hopefully the OP has had their offer sorted!
