that would mean more fees ,whats the difference between fees from ip and o.r once the money comes out the pot the divident would be lower,and if they didn,t agree on the figures that the new ip put forward his fee would still have to be paid,i could end up worse off

The costs of bankruptcy are likely to be far more than an IVA - but that is really a matter for creditors and would be unlikely to affect you as the costs are paid out of the assets and not by you personally.

thanks melanie,so if i were to iva f&f and the divident was rejected ,could i then petition for b.r and include the i.p costs

Absolutely - a good IP will share the risk of loss with you, as they would not put something foreward they felt could not be achieved.
