Hi all, i have a variation meeting next month for a f&f, stupid question but if this is accepted can i(or am i allowed)to stop my standing order immediately after? It's just that the meeting is about 4 days before my next payment would be due!

Hi,

As far as I am aware you will be able to stop the payment, your full and final should be ready to be paid across as soon you are accepted.

Just clarify it with your IP and good luck with your offer.

This is something you should ask of your own IP directly. The answer will depend upon what was written into the variation report about future payments.

Good luck for the creditors meeting and let us know how you get on.
