I am a home owner and one year on Iva for a 330 amount per month.
I have got a lumsum to offer.
Which is equal to almost remaining term including one year extra but my dividend is 18.85 pence
Is it a good offer
330* 60
+
330*12
Already paid 330*12
And offered £18500
Is it a good offer?

An offer based on your calculations of £17500 should see a positive outcome in my opinion. This will take into account a couple of months leading to the offer and acceptance that you will continue to pay.

You should remember to inform when offering that the money is only available for the use of full and final offer and should it not be accepted you won't have access to it.

Good luck

It looks a reasonable offer and should be looked at seriously.
Best of luck.
