Hi guys -
Just made an offer to CreditFix to put forward my full and final payment offer.
I have 48 months left on my IVA which I calculated as 48 x £123.00 = £5904.00.

I have offered £6,200 as my mother kindly offered this amount to pay it off.

What do you think my chances are of it being accepted? Is there a certain percentage of chance?!

Credit fix have been quick and amazing for everything and have arranged the meeting for the 19th of this month.

Fingers crossed until then!!

Thank you in advance kind people!

That is a very generous offer and will most likely get accepted. You are saving them 4 years of admin costs as well as getting them the money they are expecting ( actually more) 4 years earlier ! I would have ventured a lower offer would have been acceptable -- but of course -- the higher the more attractive.

Had I been making the offer I would have gone in with, say, £5,000

Thank you Foggy! That’s given me a great confidence boost! Just want this all to be over now.

You have offered more than was necessary for some reason so should be attractive that creditors will snap it up

Sounds like a great offer, CF were fantastic dealing with my F&F offer in July this year, I had 6 payments left to make of £210 + a 12 month extension for equity so £3780.00 outstanding and my offer of £1380.00 was accepted by all creditors. I received my CC really quickly and our names fell off the register exactly 3 months later. Good Luck with your offer :)

Ahhh amazing! Congratulations. Thank you for replying. My creditors meeting was this morning but haven’t heard anything yet!
How long did it take for them to tell you if your offer was accepted or not?

CF's biggest failing is communication -- I would chase them!
