Hi I know this has been asked may times before but I just want to ask again, we are in the process of collating all our finances to pay our iva by full and final settlement, and lo and behold the bloomin shower has gone/died on us, so can this expense be deducted from the full and final figure, ( it cost us £120.00 from B&Q I think the old brian cells not working to good lately) this was a purchase we could not leave as we do not have a bath in our bathroom only a shower.

Thanks Suzz

I would imagine your full and final is thousands and your creditors would not be interested in hearing a sob story about a hundred pound shower!
Their argument would probably be that you shouldnt offer a full and final if it was leaving your finances so desperately tight!
What if you need a new car tyre next week..will you try to get another £50 knocked off the full and final?
