No Problem Keiron I understand how you must be feeling right now, The Customer service team are polite enough however they do not seem to understand the stress & anxiety their clients have and seem to totally lack empathy sometimes it is sad as on the whole I have actually found Creditfix ok, drop him an email explain your concerns and ask him to email your f&f documents (he sent them to me) I am sure he will also be able to give clarity on making the making the payment ect once your f&f is accepted. Try not to worry

Well its the big day tomorrow, Creditors meeting at 3pm fingers crossed all will be well. How will creditfix contact me with the outcome ? and how long after the creditors meeting would I get to know. Feeling nervous.Thank you.
Best of luck with the meeting. They should phone you. Timing is a guess -- in theory, soon after the meeting, in practice ... well .. they have been known to even leave it until the following day --- best to give it an hour or so and ring them, if you haven't heard.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Good luck for tomorrow! It depends as to when you find out. If you've not heard within an hour - give them a call.
