Dear All,

Just update to let you know that I have today received my completion cert from creditfix. It as only took them 13 days (wow so quick) from them taking my F&F figure over the phone which was on 31/08 to them sending out my c&c which was on 13/09.I am so over the moon and glad its all over with. Once again a big big thank you to all the forum who as help me from the start of my IVA up till now but most of ALL a BIG BIG THANK YOU to Foggy who as help and guided me all the way through my iva from begining to the end I could not have done this without you.

Just quick question if you can help me for the last time. on the covering letter from creditfix they are saying to let the credit agency know that you IVA is complete by sending them a copy of my report. The report is about 5 pages long.Do I send this along with my c&c or just the report and do I send them a covering letter and how best to word the covering letter..

Once again thank you All :D

Well done Keiron that is great news! And thank you for the kind words.

Creditfix routinely ask clients to send copies of completion paperwork to the three credit reference agencies. Most others don't. Generally the IP informs the Insolvency Service, who themselves report to the CRAs. Maybe they are suggesting a "belt and braces approach" ( or things have changed since I went through it ) but, I would say the CC alone would suffice, if needed at all. As for a covering letter, I would just say that you entered an IVA on such and such a date and have successfully completed the arrangement and enclose a copy of the Notice of Completion from [IP's name and firm] dated. Yoy would be grateful if they could mark the arrangement completed pending it's removal after the sixth anniversary of it's start date.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
