Hi all,
well D-day is Monday 8th of March, and the butterflies are performing aerobatics! We have offered £25000 from my family(to be re-paid staight away),which represents only 30p dividend, plenty of equity left in property but can't get mortgage,Grant Thornton seem optimistic but Northern Rock & Capital 1,were difficult when the offer was 70p 2 1/2 years ago, so my wife and I are very worried. What do people think?

If GT are confident, then hopefully things will be ok.

Good luck for Monday.

Dear kevin.me,

I am sure GT would not have put this forward if they were not confident of a successful outcome.

I wish you all the best for Monday.
