I think online gambling is too easily accessable. They shouldn't allow you to gamble using a credit card, only a debit card - at least that way you are using your money rather than racking up a huge credit card bill.

And please, please, please can they ban that advert for Sun Bingo - B.I.N.G.O. etc?!? It drives me mad!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Well its been a whole 2 weeks since i last even looked at a casino website, although the road is hard i think i am pulling through okay.

I joined a gym so that i wont be sat at home and tempted to log in, have also got rid of all my credit cards (6 in total) and requested my banks not to send me paper statements as i have internet access - at least this way i don't have to dread the start of the month when all those bills come thru at the same time in the post.

I really appreciate the support this site has given me, and wanted to ask where the money comes from to keep this site active, and if possible can we show our appreciation by giving a donation?

Thank you all once again, and i wish everyone a great weekend.

Nath

Cutting the credit cards up is a start but you also need to close the accounts. I cut all my 13, yes 13, credit cards up, but still used them online to transfer money from one account to another. Having said that, I'm not sure if you can close the account and carry on making the minimum payments or that you would need to clear the account, which certainly wouldn't have been possible in my case.

Well done Nath!!!!! Think gambling is like smoking - it just becomes an expensive habit!! But as with smoking the first few weeks are when the withdrawal symptons kick in!!! But at least you've joined a gym - so you'll have a hot bod and money in ya pocket - watch out girlies!!!!!!
