Hi Marie and welcome

This is a scary time - we have all been there! What is good about this forum is that you can ask as many questions as you like, rant rave, shout and scream - there will always be someone around to help you and give you sound advice.

Take care
Sue

Hi Marie
I would not recommend the IVA company that I am presently with - but if you are looking for a reputable IP then look no further than this site.

Have they given you a proposal yet to look at? What sort of calculations have they made for you? Could you post more info here regarding your debt, creditors etc?

In my experience all the creditors that you have mentioned are welcoming to IVA proposals as long as you reach the minimum return of at least 25p in the £.

Good luck with everything Marie.

Hi Marie [:)]

I agree with ThomasCharles your creditors will normally accept a minimum of 25p/£. Can you post some more information about your debt?

I wish you the best and hope you find in this forum all the info you need to give you some peace of mind throughout the IVA process.

Regards,
Michelle P.
