We got the free turkey using the sun perks, so that has been in the freezer for a few weeks, normally we only have a turkey crown as there is only 2 of us but as this was a freebie we were not going to say no

Hi to all, you must try this four bird roast,it is absolutely delicious! It is made of chicken, turkey, duck and goose,in layers with sage and onion stuffing,in between the layers and best of all you can cook it from frozen and about 20 minutes from the end of cooking time you take it out of the oven and smear it with a marmalade glaze, which is provided. There aren,t huge chunks of meat,as you probably think.I went to Aldi today to buy another one for my friend. He couldn,t stop picking at this roast,it was melt in the mounth.

Its all in the marinade Foggy!!! Everyone knows duck in orange sauce is lovely and the turkey knows this too!!!And ducks love cranberry sauce,so a turkey covered in it is irresistable!!!

At least thats how I think they do it.

Nah, it's very clever genetic engieering, they call it The Fourbirdin Egg.
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Hi Kazza -- Fred is doing well, but still on probation !!! He still likes to ppay a lot, even if you don't want to ...... he will come up an d mew at me and if I ignore him he will stalk me and pounce when I least expect it. When I am on the computer he jumps from the back of the sofa onto my shoulder and tries to balance there ( usually without success!).

He has finally made the link between the fridge and food and sits mewing at that when he feels the food in his dish isn't good enough !

We didn't risk a tree this year, Fred has a whale of a time with ANYTHING dangling, in or out of reach. He has also figured out how doors open, but isn't heavy enough to pull the handle, so he just hangs there !!!
