Sounds good - I shall have to pass the recipe on to hubbie, he is the chef in our house!

Hi,
Dutch Roast:
quantities depend on how many you're trying to feed
Mince, chopped onion, tomato katchup (a good squirt), breadcrumbs and egg. Put everything into a bowl and mix with your hands - lovely and squelchy!! Next get Gloden breadcrumbs ( you buy them in a tub and they're also good for coating fish, etc when frying). On a board, or kitech worktop, shape the mixture into a loaf shape and coat with the golden breadcrumbs. Move the meat loaf into a roasting tin with a little vegetable oil and roast in a medium oven till golden brown and cooked through. It's delicious (and cheap) with roast potatoes & veg with grave. It's also great cold with salad or even in a sandwich.
I hope those instructions are clear, if nt let me know,
Enjoy,
C x.
