Hi jbd and welcome to the forum

That depends upon the individual lenders you approach, but it is fairly easy to get a mortgage these days whilst in an IVA - you will of course pay a higher interest rate as you represent a higher risk. Welshboy who regularly posts on the forum can probably give you better advice, as he is a mortgage broker working primarily in the adverse credit sector.
