Could someone help answer a couple of questions please.
I am currently 6 months into an IVA, next year I will be getting married, could someone please tell me how this would affect my IVA monthly payment, the debt is in my name only. My partner knows about the IVA so no problems there, but how exactly will the new payment be worked out, surely both mine and my partners wage wouldn't be lumped together to come up with an amount, am I right in thinking my IP would purely want to know that my wife to be is paying half the monthly bills, also would my IP need proof of my wifes income, if so, why ?
