My training is pretty non-existent Skip to be honest. Just don't seem to get the time, but that is probably just an excuse! Still going to the gym a few times a week, but it's just not the same as pounding the roads. Think I must make a resolution to get out and do a couple of runs this week.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

I'm still at the running and walking stage at the moment and I really struggled this morning - far too windy for my liking! Dave and I have got a route worked out which is just under 1 1/2 miles and it's going to be such an achievement for me when I can run all the way round! I decided to use some of my surplus to rejoin my old gym and I'm trying to push myself to go a couple of times a week.

I feel guilty about going to the gym, but I really needed to do something and I was spending £22 a month at WW and it wasn't working. The gym I go to is a school gym so you can't go during the day, which suits me. Because of that it's a lot cheaper than any of the other gyms around here.

Thanks Viki, I didn't realise!

Ang, it's so much better than all the other gyms, and half the price! My old PE teacher is the manager and I go into a cold sweat everytime I see him, but it's a small price to pay!

I hope I haven't upset anyone by posting about it - I do feel a bit awkward as I know we're all skint!
