I have got a car in my name through the car agency - who take on bad credit and charge high interest. I am looking to return the car to free up some extra income to repay other debts, what will happen to outstanding amount i owe? will i be charged the whole amount or will they just cancel the agreement?

Hi
They will sell the car and take it off the amount that you owe them. you can then include this debt in whatever solution you decide on
