If I am named on the mortgage and deeds of a property ( which I do not live in - estranged wife does - but I pay mortgage) but have signed a form giving up all financial interest in the property -would it be regarded as an ' asset' of mine in any IVA proceedings?

Hi celticchick and welcome to the forum

It is something that would need to be declared to the creditors. Why are you paying this mortgage? Is this in lieu of child maintenance?
