As Mrs Wizz told you I've been a tad unwell but I got out of hospital yesterday afternoon and I just have to take it easy for a few weeks. Its strange the things you learn whilst in hospital; for example it is well documented that for every mile that you jog, you add one minute to your life. I reckon this enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at £2500 per month.[:D]

Glad to be back....

When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric

Fantastic to see you back Ray. Loved the email, it was so funny.

Take care and don't overdo it!
