had a letter from egg saying they would contact the ip and then another letter from egg saying that they would take steps to recover the money from me on or after the 5th july! if i dont pay so i faxed it to my ip who say they dont have a leg to stand on as they voted yes at the creditors meeting!

now its barclaycards turn getting 3 calls a day from then seems all info hasnt filtered through so spoke to me ip and he said get them to call me and i will sort it

They are such a pain aren't they Mark? Once we got our IVA, there was only the one phone call on the day we were approved. That was from Mercers and, apart from trying to get money out of me, they were fine and I have never heard from them since.

I would just either ignore them, or have a pre-prepared speil telling them you are in an IVA, that they should no longer be phoning you and then just put the phone down.

Just the knowledge that things are set up is enough to make you confident to tell these people where to go!!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

now today ive had letters 2 from mercers via barclaycard as i had 2 barclaycards making the usual demands but its a good feeling to pass em on to me ip
