Hello

Im Joe from the Midlands, i am currently going through the process of an IVA. Truth of it all is Ive put it off for so long. My story can be so long after all these years of struggling and accepting that i have had a problem with Debt

I have so far spoken to Debt Free Direct: My debt is near enough £40K and i hope that the creditors all accept my approach of £290 pcm. When i have read what people have said in their own experiences it makes me feel that there are other people out there who have felt the same way as me.

I will be writing more about my journey hopefully towards a successful IVA.

Hi Carlos, welcome to the forums. There are plenty of people who are in a similar boat to you (me included).

I don't have the technical know-how of how IVA's work, or what your offer is like, etc - but along with the other members of this forum, we can all club together and offer support to one another. [:)] - that is one of the fantastic things about this site.

Hi Joe
This forum is fantastic for support, everyone on here will help and support you from start to finish through your difficult time.
I have debts of £36k, and I;ve gone with Payplan, who have been fantastic. I have my creditors meeting soon, and I am proposing £256 a month, so pretty close to yours.
Good luck with your journey.
