I had summat similar NoMoreDosh ... I changed me phone number. Problem solved.

When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

i sooo wish idv thought of having a whistle to hand for when my creditors kept ringing.that would have been hilarious! still,as im not yet an official member of the iva club yet, they might just decide that im deserving of a few more call's!! i may just go & purchase myself a whistle! also, i thought that if you instructed a creditor to remove a particular number from your file then they had to do it ?? The trouble is they are trying to be so cunning with me. They asked me for my work number to which I said no chance, what on earth would you need that for. You are already talking to me on an hourly basis, do you want to spek to me half hourly now? By the way while typing this had another call on my mobile from them. Who wants to bet that before the end of the night they ring my house phone. I am starting to now think they are totally thick!!

Mercers tried to get my works number and my new mobile number off me. I said you can ask me, but I ain't telling you!

nomoredosh they do seem to have a thing about you! Perhaps they like listening to your voice?

I'd deffo change my number or at least stop answering the calls. They will stop eventually - honest!

it very well could be nomoredosh ! the last time goldfish rang me (which was nearly 2 wks ago ! they musnt like my voice) they demanded to know the name of the company who i work for.i said firstly u should have that on your records and 2ndly why are you askin ? the bloke said another 3 times 'what is the name of ur employer' and i replied back(politely) 3 times i dont feel that i need to clarify that information.he said well that must imply you are unemployed so cannot go ahead with an iva.

it took about ten minutes for the bloke to admit that he did have the name of my employer up on his screen.i just think they like the feeling of having the power to try and demand information out of people ! anyway thats my rant over with.soz for rambling on (again!) [:)]
