Northern Rock rejected DM's IVA. Her IP is trying to speak to them but it might have to be adjourned for 2 weeks.

Sorry for keeping you in suspense... was waiting to see if I was going to get another call before I posted but don't think I will now. Skips right, N Rock rejected our proposal but everyone else were very supportive...May have to be adjourned for up to 2 weeks in the hope that they may change their mind so we are trying to remain positive at this stage..Thanks for your concern[:)]

Sorry you didn't get through first go DM but stay positive - I'm sure you'll get there. With us Northern Rock were the only "no" but in the end it didn't matter as we got a "yes" 4 days later from Youkshire Bank which outweighed NR. Do NR have over 25% of your debts, DM?

So sorry to hear this news Debtmountain - Northern Rock really do seem to be rejecting proposals at the min. As said before - do they hold more than 25 per cent of the debt?

Unfortunately, they hold about 37% of our Debt...not good but we are remaining positive for now,after all not a lot else we can do at this stage...if it does get rejected again though,we will probably try for a DMP...It's strange though,although it's been rejected at this stage,we both feel a sense of relief for just having had the Meeting and not having any calls for the past couple of weeks[:)]
