That's an absolute disgrace and a complete contradiction of what's stated in the spotty letter. It's a good job that you have an assertive way of handling it.
Just had the promised call back .......... creditors countered with modifications ...............to their fees ..............but ...........
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE
Confirmation will be emailed to me over the next couple of days and my file will be sent to closures for review ----- I can see the mists gathering on the battlefield

Bitter sweet really --- I was getting a perverse pleasure in increasing my dividend ( and I know most won't understand that). But, on the plus side the creditors only lost 1 p in the £.
Certainly not the way I wanted the IVA to conclude, nor the costs (non-financial) involved, but ... Hey ... I might even crack a tinnie tonight

Ive not been using the forum for long but can see youve followed a long road yourself but that your always there to give support and encouragement to others. You really deserve the relief ypu must be feeling tonite.
