Quick update -- meeting was at 10:55. Just rung them and nothing has yet been logged on their system -- they do not expect to be able to tell me before 4pm.

Anyway -- had a heated discussion regarding the MVM -- and was told completion could not be progressed without me agreeing to an MVM -- I politely told them that this would be a discussion I would be having at length with their closures team ! If the F&F is accepted there in no point to an MVM (apart from the fee increase)as PPI can be dealt with in other ways, and investigations have, in any case, almost concluded.

Anyhoo ... back to work for me -- will update you all later ...........
That's an absolute disgrace and a complete contradiction of what's stated in the spotty letter. It's a good job that you have an assertive way of handling it.

Good luck, by the way.

I have a feeling Foggy will be challenging them in respect of this and I for one agree with him wholeheartedly

Hoping you've heard something?

Thanks :-)

Bitter sweet really --- I was getting a perverse pleasure in increasing my dividend ( and I know most won't understand that). But, on the plus side the creditors only lost 1 p in the £.

Certainly not the way I wanted the IVA to conclude, nor the costs (non-financial) involved, but ... Hey ... I might even crack a tinnie tonight :-)

Thank you Claire -- the relief is only just beginning to be felt :-) I have re-run the telephone conversation so many times in my mind to make sure he said it WAS accepted :-)

Sponge -- love it --- yes, A G&T might fit the bill nicely :-)
