Thank you all. Yes, I am afraid I will stick around to keep pestering you all.

Anyway ... the promised emailed Report has just arrived. Chairman represented all of my creditors ( so got to eat all the jaffa cakes at the meeting)and all voted Yes.

They suggested mods, which I am accepting, limiting the fee for the meeting and requesting the premiums paid for ... get this .. payment protection of my IVA repayments, be refunded for the benefit of the creditors.

This pushed the dividend up to 43p/£, so they got a bit more than expected -- good news all round.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hey Foggy,many cogratulations on finnishing your IVA.

You are always a big big help on here and like people have said just because your now solvent please dont leave the forum.

Brilliant news for you Foggy - and what a wealth of support for you demonstrated on the forum.

Just out of my own professional curiosity, who is to refund the insurance premiums to who, and how will that money come into the IVA?
