Hi Coco

I want to do that also, I have had a quick look at how, well maybe I will have a go.

Just to let you all know I have phoned the DMP company about that woman and they are going to deal with it, she is also going to send me a complaint form. I have posted it somewhere but I dont know where it is. My phone has gone quite quiet and I am no longer getting a forrest of nastly letters rammed through my letter box. Its quite blissful and I am actually able to look ahead. Only HSBC are still phoning, I recognise the number so I do not answer.

A good nights sleep and a day almost free from harrassment makes a world of difference.
Hope everyone else has had a good day

Hi Lily,

It is great when that happens even if it is only for day it gives you the time to forget, whilst they are constenly ringing all day you mind is never free from it.

I so glad you have managed to sleep, has your IVA been approved or rejected.

Hello

I started with synergi and they didnt e-mail me when they promised too they wrote it down wrong (thank the Lord) so I went with someone else, at the begining I lost my job so pulled out, was going BR in January, couldnt work through stress. Then at Christmas mom died and has left me money in her will, she didnt want me to go bankrupt and my family think I should not go against her wishes and I wouldnt want to. So now I am in a DMP until the estate is sorted and planning to propose a Lump sum IVA. The DMP is in its infancy but I have had two days and only two calls which I havent answered, also I am not receiving the usual forrest of demand letters, so I am able to think a little, be a mom, occaisionally and feel like a human being for the first time in 4 months. So I am hoping to be debt free in one fell swoop IVA, well if a meteor dosent hit the earth that is. I have come full circle and a lot of water or should I say tears (no I am being positive) have gone under the bridge.

Only one IVA to go until freedom!

I think it is because my son wanted to go on a school trip to man u which cost £30 he has been a live time supporter and had the opportunity to go, i just cannot afford to find £30 and i think it is times like this that you realise just how tough the IVA is and worried about the next 5 years, my fence also came down during the winds which is going to cost £156 which i dont have and being harrassed by the neighbour to have it done.

coco we all have to make sacrifices i am sure it will come good in the end is there no way you can have a quiet word in the school i know my sons school will help parents who can't afford trips so they are not left out because of circumstances, forget the fence mines down at the bottom and they keep letting the dog out barking but i ignore it but if it c***s in my garden i will be over there lol

Hello Coco Kerri

Coco, I know BR is a scary thing, I was terrified but money advisor talked me through it, you go to court and are taken into a room the judge or clerk asks if you know what youre doing and stamps your paper and thats it, then you talk to the OR, usually by phone in another room, sometimes they will see also. Its just a procedure. Good luck with the job interview. One thing though, take your monsy out of your account, they are often frozen in BR. Where is home?

Kerri I am sorry that you are not well, let the family look after you this weekend, send hubby in the kitchen and say cook. Its thick fog here also.

I have been to my moms house the last two days sorting and stuff, alwaus feel bad when I leave with black bags and boxes. We will probably be done by late Tuesday evening, its becoming more difficult each time. Anyhow the weekend has gone fine, sons have been to Aston Villa who beat West ham one nil. They got lost coming home, got off the train in Coventry instead of Solihull so I had to dash to coventry in this fog! Got back at 7.45 and had chips from chip shop, only cause the car past the MOT. They are tired and really quiet and it is bliss.

Love to Everyone

Hi well back home after spending 2.5 hours each way on the motorway going to Bath, job interview went sort of ok but you never know really know but had some good feedback from the Agency so just a matter of waiting now. So some of my old mates which was good as had seen them in along while which made me even more home sick and more determined to go back home. Anyway of to collect the little one from play school speak to you all later.

I am sick of it all, how does everyone cope? I just have no interest in amything and just get through every day because I have to for the kids sake. I hate the phone ringing and the door going, any strange car driving up. I wish I could snap out of it but I do not know how.

Lilly the way i cope is to compartmentalise things and take it all a day at a time.
