Just had our creditors meeting call and all have accepted our f&f settlement aside from two non-voters. The Australian credit card was one of those but they are as far as we can see they are still bound by the IVA. So that is excellent news!
Thank you to all at the IVA Advice Bureau, particularly Tina, Angela, Tom, Susan and Melanie. All have helped immensely along the way. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing advice and help with their debts.
