It's for advertising. I have an adwords voucher worh £30 I want to activate but can't as I need to first provide billing information (even though I won't spend any of my own money) and it won't accept electron. Says it is invalid.
Is there a phone number you can try? Some firms will accept them over the phone.
No idea about the prepaid cards, I suppose the only thing to do is try!
