I'm not a fan of the person Jan, but I think its an opportunity of a lifetime for a child to talk to the PM. History in the making for them.

I have to say that it would not have bothered my daughter at all. She never followed current affairs and wouldn't know who any PM was even if he stood right infront of her!

Hsving said that, she does now vote.

I'm glad she votes..I get on my soapbox when I hear of people who don't bother to vote especially if they then moan at how the country's run [:D]

She has done ever since she was 18. We do encourage her to listen to the news and politics.

I get annoyed at my parents who don't vote and then proceed (well my dad does!) to complain about the government!

His excuse is that his vote won't make a difference - and yes, I have told him that it will!

I always vote in general elections, but not always council elections or European elections.

I'm waiting for someone from one of the political parties to knock on my door and ask me if I'm voting for them as I quite fancy a good argument!

I vote in all of them.

Can't remember when we last had anyone round to speak to us though - it's all just leaflets pushed through the door, which end up in the recycling.

I vote in all of them too... often thought of standing myself just to voice my opinion [:D]

We've had loads of leaflets already!

To be honest, for the first time, I am undecided on who I will vote for.

I've already decided who I'll vote for, but I'd love to have a 'discussion' with some of them!

I try and vote in the council elections, but with the European ones I'm not so bothered as I'm very anti-Europe and think they'll all sell us down the river!

We've had loads of leaflets as well. I'm still undecided as well.

I know who I'm voting for, I'm not too familiar with politics but do agree to meet the PM would be interesting and something to remember.

If you don't vote you can't complain in my opinion. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I do agree Lesley. My parents annoy me as they complain about the government but don't vote! I'm fed up of telling them that if they want to try and change things, they have to put that cross on the paper!

I think I would actively go out of my way to avoid Gordon Brown! I know hubby feels the same way as well!

I would probably be arrested if I met old Gordy as I don't think he'd like what I'd have to say!

I could say a few choice words to all the leaders..they're all as bad as each other in my opinion.I'm trying to look beyond the leaders and see if I can decide on the party.

Maybe we should stand..it'd make it easier [:D]

I don't think a lot of any of them. Whoever gets in (and I think it will be a hung parliament) then we will suffer as taxes will go up.

At the risk of upsetting people, I did agree with some of the things the BNP came out with with their manifesto.

Whoever gets in will do what's best for them, not what's best for the country. They all promise the earth now but it's different when they are in power.

I have to say I did as well Jan.
