Saying they have given me a £100.00 overdraft!

Ive always had an overdraft for about £200.00 but i paid this off when I entered my IVA a few months ago and told then i didnt want it, i did this so i didnt have to change banks as i'm happy with Lloyds TSB, I'm going to go into the bank today and tell them to cancel it but ive had it since Thursday according to the letter and i'm worried that i could get in trouble for them giving it to me, they didnt even ask me!

On the road to recovery IVA accepted
58months to go
Three cheers for IVA's
Wish I had done it sooner
23months to go

Morning

I am sure that this will be fine just make sure that you don't use it and make sure that you have it taken away as soon as possible and i am sure that you will not get into trouble for it.

You haven't requested it and you haven't used it so i'm sure you will not get into trouble. Just tell your bank you do not want to be automatically given credit facilities in the future.

Hello

I agree with the comments above, you will not get in trouble as long as you do not use it and ask Lloyds to cancel it as soon as poss.

Hope this helps
