Oh no, now i am really nervous, keep getting butterfies and i've got ages to wait. Just found out that our meeting is to be on the 21st July at 10am. Now I know i won't sleep, my appetite has already plummmeted (mind you could do with losing abit)!! Can't wait for it all to be over and know one way or the other.

I have had my meeting set for Friday 18th (this was set yesterday). I am a bit confused after reading different things. I have seen timescales of 14 days, 17 days and 21 days. Thought creditors get proposal have ? a space of time to peruse then meeting set for?( so many days) then they vote - which I understand it the day of the meeting either in person or by post. If the IVA is accepted how long after that is the first payment made. I know in our discussion we talked about the fact that the first payment would come out of my July salary which is last working day of the month.
