I'm in the early stages of an IVA with payplan, they are hoping to get the creditors meeting sorted asap, I dont have to attend this, i just need to be on the phone when they all vote, just wondered if anyone had debt with the following who had voted yes?

1. Natwest
2. RBS
3. Egg
4. MBNA
5. Morgan Stanley

Thanks
Three cheers for IVA's
Wish I had done it sooner

Hi Saz

My husband and I both had debts with mbna its mad they voted yes to my husband with the highest debt and no to mine which was a much smaller amount. The only other we had was Natwest which was one of our biggest creditors and they voted yes. AA financial services which is part of rbs didnt vote. Hope this helps.

Hi saz

All of those creditors generally accept IVAs, but MBNA and Egg are quite tight on expenditure, and you must be offering at least 25p in the £ to be sure of success.

Thanks for you replies, I'm offering more than they usually except according to payplan, but I thought i'd ask people who have been through it before, Thanks again
