Got my first viewing at Restaurant!

Well, just got back and I can't believe it. It was one of my best customers who I love. I just didn't recognise the name! She has been coming in the restaurant every Sunday for breakfast for years. I don't even give them menus, I know what they eat! Her husband owns clubs in town and he is my cousin's best mate! She said she'll definately be in touch, she just needs to talk to her hubby. I really really wanted to sell it to someone I loved....let's hope it all works out. Thanks for all your support. Viki X

Thanks everyone. Really appreciate the support. Just got a call from the agents and she loves it and is going to put an offer in but the bank just want to see till sheets as the accounts show a loss. That's a relief as I was worried about the making a loss issue. I'm going to send them tomorrow and hopefully by weekend I will have an offer.

In reality, you should accept the offer recomended by your selling agents, but you do need to balance the need to get the best price, against the need to deal with your debts. I will be happy to advise on this directly, as these are not matters for open forum.
