They are very hard to get hold of at the min. I seem to get through 1st thing.
Keep trying and drop some emails as well as that have replied to all my emails quite quick
I just rung them to check a address changed and picked up in 5 mins. I would try them again

Hi kyla.
Exactly the same thing happened with me when my IVA was accepted. My 1st payment was due to go out 2nd May but even though they received my DD form back at proposal stage apparently it wasn't processed in time to make first payment!! I got passed from pillar to post before finally getting somebody to take my first payment over the phone.
GT are proving very difficult to get in contact with just lately. I refuse to phone them now as it just costs far too much money. They do seem to be responding ever so slightly quicker to emails so if I were you I would see if you have any luck that way!

9 minutes.. I remember the days we used to get our bums slapped if calls weren't answered within 3 rings.. before they sacked everyone and went to india. .lol
