I'm currently undergoing my annual review with GT.

I had asked for some advise on the forum, to which Karol responed.

I feel that I should express my thanks how well GT have responed. I sent Karol an e mail explaining my issues and within 30 mins she had put me in touch with a lady called Claire, who is currently helping my conduct my review.

Both Karol and Claire have been amazing in helping me, all my e-mails are responded within the hour. My review wont be complete until sometime in Novemeber and I have everything crossed for a reduction in payment due to reduced hours/cost of living etc but I thought credit where credit due GT customer services have been great.

Keep up the good work GT[:D]

Kaza

I am glad we have been able to help, when you have a sudden change of circumstances I appreciate it is very stressful and worrying.

Kind Regards
Karol

Isn't it lovely to have recongition of forum members whether they are professional or posters in debt being helpful to one another it really does show what a great place this forum is. Let's all keep up the good work.

Excellent post and it's really great when the professionals get the praise they deserve.

My account was taken over by GT from Blair Endersby and my yearly review went through without any hassles at all, I was kept informed of all that was happening so all I can say is thank you very much and keep up the excellent work you do it really is appreciated.

I hope my next review due by next April will go as smooth as everyone elses, my last review which was done by BE/GT at the change over was far from smooth, I desperatly want GT to be brilliant after all I am with them for the next 3 1/2 years. So far the contact I have had with them hasn't been good but they seem to be getting better from the comments on here especially since Karol has joined the forum, so please keep up the good work...

Just wanted to add that Karol sorted something out for me today and i'm very grateful.

Final review sorted, no more to come, no more doc requirements, just 19 days to go until i make final payment.

It's nice to see GT doing their bit to help people as much as they can. Thanks again :)

I can't either.. As i've said on another thread i'm gonna hold fire with the "I've finished" as i still won't believe it until they tell me.

I've never even done a blog before, but you know I might just do one after the final payment. Failing that I will definitely post one of those "I've finished" messages which will probably end up MASSIVE due to my waffling ability. It defintely dragged a lot when i was 6/7 months away but the last 2/3 have flown. I'm not sure i can quite believe it.

Anyway, enough for now, still 19 to go. :o)

Animaleyes I know what you mean about the last few months dragging.
I will make my last payment on Dec 1st(I haven't worked out the days yet!).
I'm with GT and they have been very helpful to me recently.
Just waiting to hear from them about my final review.
I can't wait now.
Final payment made Dec 2011.
Certificate of Completion arrived 26th Sept 2012
