I am now going to jump on the praising band wagon for GT. They have been great with me, I am currently awaiting my completion certificate...which Karol has told me to expect on Monday/tuesday next week! I feel like this is it...what i have been waiting for, for over 5 years! Something to show for my achievement!
Keep up the good work everyone...it is soo worth it in the end!
Thanks again GT!
IVA Completed June 2011!

Update is it has now been 6 years + 1 day since the start...it has all just been removed from my credit report! Soo Happy!

It was worth the long wait!

Now I am free again!

just to chuck my €0.0236 (2p, lol)in...

Although we're still at the beginning of our IVA journey as we're just waiting to recieve our proposal, I have to say that I too am pleased with service recieved from GT.

We've recieved regular text messages and e-mails informing us of the progress and now have 2 people who can be contacted directly should any problems arise.

It's a shame that those of us at the end of our journey are not experiencing the same service levels from GT. I guess they've had our money so don't think we deserve the same level of service as new "clients". The way they are handling closures at the moment really isn't what you'd hope for from a firm of their standing.
Completion certificate received 31 March 2012.

James 1981,
Welcome to the Forum
Email Karol direct (her email can be found via the Ask the Experts section) make sure you put IVA FORUM in the subject line, that seems to get through to her and responded to quicker than emailing a nameless person.

She was in today according to her colleagues, but obviously hasn't had the time, or inclination, to call me as promised.
