You're not the only one waiting, so you can at least take comfort in knowing you're not alone.

I'm still stuck in the mire of emails to and from GT Closures, none of which give any details of what's going on, just more of the same 'we're dealing with it so hurry up and wait' cobblers.

Final payment made November 2011.

CoC received 12/10/12.

My final payment to GT was taken in October 2011 and I have received absolutely nothing from them! I have not even recieved a holding letter stating that there is a delay! I gave them 3 months before I rang as I was aware there were delays after checking on the Web then that soon turned to 6 months and now its over 10 months and still absolutley nothing!
The last time I contacted them was approximatley 3 months ago and was told there were delays but my case was with the closure team?! I am really keen to rebuild my credit, and I'm doing all the basics to do this, but at the end of the day it is still on my file, which isn't doing me any favours what so ever!!
It's poor customer service at its best [:(!]

To be fair the customer services can't really do anything as the closure team are this weird mystical department that can only be contacted by email

We're all still waiting.

I have opted out of the EIC claim to try and speed things up and GT said they would send a disclaimer for me to sign but that has not arrived yet.

Strange thing though my wife had a phone call from EIC yesterday and she is not involved in my IVA at all. It seems GT have passed my wife's name and details onto EIC. My wife was not too happy and refused to answer the security questions so that was as far as it went !

Well the postman's been and gone today and left nothing. Still that's better than yesterday he left me a tax bill for £670 !
Final payment made Dec 2011.
Certificate of Completion arrived 26th Sept 2012

I'm also still waiting for my disclaimer, for over 10 days now. After a week I chased it and was told it would be 'sent again' and assured it would not hold up closure, but I doubt it's been sent at all. Needless to say Closures are a bit of a black hole.

Just checked the Insolvency Register, Noddle and Experian and it is all so depressing.
I don't know why I looked. Just some mad idea something may have changed but of course no such luck.
It just lingers on.

I know that feeling. I check mine every week or so and nothing changes. There's things on there that need fixing as I'm being defaulted every month by one creditor and there's no default date on there, but of course I can't do anything until I get the CoC.

Surely someone from GT is picking up these posts and dealing with their client complaints? Can Admin draw this to Karol's attention please?
