No reply to my email from 3 weeks ago so no surprise there. Some people have been waiting years, it is hopeless with GT!

I have literally just been phoned by Karol, who actually sounds helpful. She has told me what is going to happen and an approximation of when I can expect my CC.
All I can say is watch this space, I will let you know if it happens.

I believe that Karol genuinely cares about GT clients and she does her very best to help -- but you have to remember that she is part of a large organisation with it's own politics and policies. I imagine a lot of what is happening is as frustrating to her (but, of course, she cannot say so).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

How did you manage to speak to her? Did you email first?
