Hi, I was under the impression that if you emailed GT's dedicated closure team you got a response almost immediatly. I emailed yesterday for an update as to when I will recieve my completion certificate and they have not bothered responding. Is anyone else getting ignored or have I just been unlucky?
Full and final accepted 7th February 2012. Final payment made 4th April 2012 hip hip horray !!!

I am sure that Karol will look into this for you julie68, when she picks up the post. I am sure that the new closure team are asked to get back to clients as soon as they can.

Hi Julie. Congrats on completing! I think you may just be unlicky but Karol is great and I think she has an email address in the experts section, perhaps you could try that one too.

Hi julie68

I emailed the closure team on Wednesday and they responded very quickly as usual however Olivia, who is the person dealing with me, informed me that she was on annual leave Thursday and Friday and would have more details for me early next week.

Perhaps this is the reason for the delay?

I have had a reply today stating that my case has been reviewed for closure and all obligations mett and all claims agreed. They are in final stages and need to make final distribution to creditors which will happen in next 4 or 5 weeks then my completeion certificate will be sent out.
Im hoping this means I will have my certificate by beginning of August then I can finally move on.
