yes you will need a mass variation date, after this CC should be issued. creditors need 28 days notice.

Well if past performance is anything to go by I might get a response to the email within a month, a creditors meeting date within another couple of months and then maybe a certificate another month or so after that....
Paid F&F in July 2012 and received CC in July 2013 :-)

After a two year wait for closure I have been told today that senior management have decided to prioritise our case and arrange a creditors meeting allowing them 28 days to respond in order to give us closure instead of including us in mass closure which would probably have taken longer. I think this may be the end of a very long road. 84 months since we started out on this journey. The champagne is on ice

Thanks everyone for your words of support. Without this forum I do not know what we would have done. Hope in the next few weeks I can post that the elusive certificate has been issued. Even at this late stage there is always a niggle in the back of your mind that something is going to go wrong

After a very stressful day dealing with MoJ, Office of Fair Trading and GT, they have confirmed that the first batch of completed IVA's are going across for their MVM next week.

If you push them hard enough they CAN get the CC out to you 4 weeks after the 28day rule after the MVM (If that makes sense).

Will keep you all updated! However, I will say please put untold pressure on them. We have today, and have a result. They have telephoned us twice and emailed us, so I know we have made a difference!
Our greatest glory consists not of never falling but of rising each time we do fall
