Or is it just their normal customer services email address?

Hope this helps. However, they not quick at responding. I sent an email last week about PPI to the review email address and I am still waiting for a reply......
IVA commenced April 2009 and completion certificate issued on the 25th August 2015..

PPI still on-going

I'm there....
