Just received a letter from G.T. informing me that they are setting up a dedicated 'Customer Service Team' to provide their customers with assistance and advice during the duration of of their IVA's.
G.T. have had a number of negative posts on the forum regarding poor communication, I think this is a real positive step to address these problems, so well done G.T. [:D][:D][:D][:D]
IVA COMPLETED ON THE 17th MARCH, FINAL I&E COMPLETED 26th APRIL, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ARRIVED 2nd AUGUST

Hi
This is good to see.
Grant Thornton are a very reputable company but probably suffer because ot their size. I have been lucky in that I have met two of the partners and can assure people that they have a genuine empathy for people trying to deal with their debts.

That's good to hear. Lets hope all future posts about GT are positive ones.

I've been with GT for the last 3 years and can honestly say I've had nothing but good service from them, I have never spoken to my IP but his team always help me when I have an issue and always know my case by my name.
I have a variation meeting set for the 6th April, and I'm hoping they will fight my corner for a full and final as I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my circumstances will change drastically when little one arrives.
From day 1 GT have been fantastic for me, I really couldn't have got through the last 3 years if it wasn't for their very professional team, I'm a bit sad that people have had bad experiances with them.
Full & Final accepted, last payment is due on the 31st July 2009

That is good news - my firm already have that support system built into our ethos and hopefully it works and we attempt to sort out problems that clients have during and even after they have completed their IVA's. Hope other firms are also doing this.

Payplan also have a good customer service. Whenever we have had to phone them up, their service has been excellent.
