I've been with G.T. for 52 months, I had my variation meeting to have my property removed from the arrangement last Friday, got a text Friday afternoon to ring a direct number, got straight through to a lovely lady who informed me that my variation had been accepted and my IVA finishes in March 2012. The paperwork arrived yesterday which I signed and returned, absolutely superb service couldn't ask for anything better.
There was a questionnaire attached requesting feedback on Grant Thornton service, I answered everything positive except for customer services waiting times which are normally between 20 - 30 minutes.
I think G.T. are using customer services like a call centre, unfortunately they seem to be unable to cope with the sheer volume of callers which results in frustration, this is a shame because once you get through to an expert the service is second to none.
Come on G.T. get your customer services operation working again and salvage your reputation.
IVA COMPLETED ON THE 17th MARCH, FINAL I&E COMPLETED 26th APRIL, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ARRIVED 2nd AUGUST

I've recently had my review the GT after the BE transfer. I emailed them to ask about the relevant documents they need as my income & expenditure has changed. They replied within a couple of hours.
Same as when I had an issue with them when they sent the new contract through, I called them and was speaking to some1 after a few mins.

My view I'm sure will change if they up my payments though lol

Try SayNoto0870 - there are normal geographical numbers on there for them. Won't cost you quite so much.

The partners at GT are very aware of some of the negative feedback they are getting from existing and new clients at present, and are working tremendously hard to ensure they have a smooth running process moving forward.

The insolvency profession is yet again going through a period of turmoil at present, with regard to some changed legislation relating to VAT on our fees, and it is fair to say that all of us have spent a lot of time away from our day jobs recently to investigate the impact on our businesses of this. Hopefully they will soon have a representative on the forum to deal with stuff like this directly - just like Declan is able to deal with DFD issues and complaints.

It would but I guess for the moment they are using every available resource to try and resolve the issues and get back to clients. Not everyone is awake at the midnight hour like Melanie but I'm sure as soon as things have started settling down at GT they will look at joining the forum.

Despite my negative comments i have to say that WHEN you manage to get in touch with them they are very professional and helpful.

It's just the matter of getting hold of them lol.
