If you can email us as per RRones post that will help us get to your query as quickly as we can. I would also appreciate it if you could let us know what telephone number you tried to call us on in order that I may investigate the delay you experienced as our telephony system is designed to prevent anyone holding for any longer than 5 minutes and our telephony provider assures us that everything is as it should be.

I must admit when i phone i can be holding of upto 10-15 mins at a time

0844 855 2166.

Thats the number i use

Evening all

I sent an email on Friday and still have had no reply to it and also I still haven't received that call back that I am waiting for!

I didn't put IVA FORUM as the title in the email - I have re -sent and have now put IVA FORUM in the title, will I get a response now?

Also why if you put IVA FORUM as the title - are you more likely to get a response? Shouldn't all customers be treated the same?

I agree Michelle - you should get the same response regardless of what you put in there.

I haven't been online in a wee while but I see we have someone posting from GT! Wahey!! I recognise Karols name and do believe I have had contact with her previously.

I hope everyone gets their problems resolved. At the moment, ours seems to be moving smoothly although glad to know the help is here when needed. [:)]
