I would also appreciate it if you could let us know what telephone number you tried to call us on in order that I may investigate the delay you experienced as our telephony system is designed to prevent anyone holding for any longer than 5 minutes and our telephony provider assures us that everything is as it should be.

I must admit when i phone i can be holding of upto 10-15 mins at a time

I haven't been online in a wee while but I see we have someone posting from GT! Wahey!! I recognise Karols name and do believe I have had contact with her previously.
