Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response from the IVAcustomerservices email for GT?
I'm really desperate to speak to somebody and was kinda hoping it would be before weekend! Have emailed two IPs that I've previously dealt with - no response.
Have called and was told I'd get a call back.
Have now emailed the IVAcustomerservices address and not got response.
If you send an email to the GT customer services email address: IVACustomerServices@uk.gt.com and put IVA Forum in the subject title you should get a response same day, or at the latest next morning, it has always worked for me..
If it is a specific technical question they may send a general reply and await a specific response from someone else. The problem with GT is that the customer services people don't seem to know what is going on half the time they just look at a computer screen and give generic answers..
Hi Gaztro - hope you get a response soon - looking at other posts Karol has got a lot of work on but hopefully there is someone else there that can give you a call. They may even contact you over the weekend as come companies do operate over 7 days.
If you don't, try and switch off for the weekend and address it again on Monday.
