Hi Anais and Angela, we have just returned our documentation back to Melanie and are awaiting the next step.I agree Tina was lovely on the phone and very reassuring especially when you feel you are the only one in this situation !I feel so much better since i've been reading the posts on this forum, and i found myself standing in line at Asda wondering how everyone else is paying!!Please keep in touch it would be great to share the experience with people as no-one in our family or group of friends knows our true situation and it's hard when we have to make excuses for not being able to do things they suggest.
Hopefully speak soon xxxx

I know what you mean about the postman,my partner has been making reduced payments for some time since he became ill,and he's had some really scary ones. I have only just started to miss payments and have only had a couple of letters to me so far but my poor old mobilly doesn't know whats hit it this week,i'm actually sick of my "please don't stop the music" ringtone!!!! It's all unknown numbers and i must admit i haven't answered any of them yet.Melanie has sent me a letter to send to all our creditors and i sent that out yesterday so i'm hoping they might start contacting her office instead.I know it's cowardly but it is best if they speak to Melanie's team.
Anyway i popped home for lunch and there was only a couple of letters both offering me a consoladation loan!!! I think i've had enough of them they are one of the reasons i'm in this mess ! LOL xxx

I've started filling in mine yesterday going to post them tomorrow, waiting for hubby to complete his.. he's just come across another credit card and loan whilst taking his head out of the sand and having alook!! But never mind in sickness and in health and for richer and for poorer. the latter being the option i seem to have opted for at present.[:I]

I don't know what make of phone you have but on my Sony Ericsson I can set up caller groups so the phone will only ring if certain numbers call me. I've got mine set up as someone I work with has a tendancy to phone about work if I've got a day off!

I'm not sure if you can do it on a Samsung - I had one and it was a nightmare! Dave set mine up as I struggle to make a call, let alone do anything else!
