Hi All,

Long time no speak, Unfortunately the good news has been shortlived and I have received a new letter dated 17th December and again it is asking me to pay £280 and is signed by Mark Ronald Allan my IVA Spervisor. I have emailed Karol @ Grant Thornton to look into this and have still to date received no reply, I have written evidence from GT stating I definately have nothing to pay and that I am fully up to date. Perhaps it is time to write directly to the court stating that the letter that they have received from my supervisor is incorrect and give my side of the story.
Karol if you read this please contact me as a matter of urgency.
Everyones view would be gladly appreciated. Till next time be good out there.
Final Payment made Nov 2012 after 72 months
C of C received - 18/10/2013 - + 11 months

I am so sorry that things haven't been sorted for you after all of this time.

GT are doing themselves no favours at the moment and I really feel for you.

I know you have already emailed Karol, but I personally would be emailing daily and ringing daily.....this is completely outrageous behaviour ...you have it in writing from GT...how they can keep changing their minds baffles me......

I am getting the impression that Karol is one busy lady at the moment - probably due to being off over Christmas. I am sure she will get round to dealing with all of the forum queries as soon as she can.

Hi All,

Downhearted lady has asked me to post this reply thanking all for their help especially Karol at GT. Unfortunately she is unable to post herself as she is in Hospital after a big heat attack bought on with all the worry and stress she has endured over the last 7 years. I am sure she will post herself when she is fit enough after having a stent placed in here veins. Once again thanks on her behalf,
